It is updated to FW 3.0, has landscape typing, is jailbroken (third party apps outside app store), unlocked (works for T-Mobile, AT&T, Rogers, other GSM carriers), and will include a special third party app that will allow you to download any app for FREE. Will teach you how to use upon purchase.

Sorry, I just thought it would be better to provide more in-detail pictures. Are you interested in the iPhone? I can send smaller pictures.
