So, I guess, if you don't buy insurance, according to the proposal, "if enacted" they could charge up to 3800 dollars in fines..... Who let this criminal speak, and why is it even being recognised as an option...

Ths inJust means; buy a couple thousand more rounds to take care of the criminals that want to extort even money out of US health care system, because we may not buy health insurance?

Think about it.. If you don't buy what they are selling, they try and TAKE money from you..

If someone tried to take money from me under those circumstances I would detain and confiscate their property right there on the spot, seize all their assets and find out who they stole it from, to possibly return it to the rightfull owners.
