Blackberries might not go that well with chocolate, something like rasberry tart might taste better with chocolate flavoring.. Definately would go good with the ice cream.... but who knows, I eat wierd stuff.. Just finished off some raisins soaked in espresso.

I have about 2 cups of dried/frozen candycap's that I could use to make some kind of icecream/cookies or something, maybe a rustic bearclaw/ mix the candycaps (strong maple syrup flavor from wild mushrooms) in with the pastry, or into some cheasecake frosting, then mucho almond paste filling These things go well in pancakes/cookies/icecream etc..

I dunno what kinda schnapps you use, but the stuff I tasted a while back left a real nasty plastic aftertaste, and it was in a glass bottle.. Reminded me of flavored italian syrup aftertaste.
