I just downloaded the latest definition file and it is identified
as v0141.0000.

That is correct, my info at the time that I posted seemed up-to-date?

They are coming out very quickly. Something must be up. The
link below gives the history of 4 updates over a 2 day period
beginning with 0140.0000 and ending with 0141.0002:-
