Ok, I get like seven of these popup in task manager and it lags my computer so badly, after about 30-60 secs it dissapears... Anything wrong?

LUCALLBACKPROXY.EXE is is a process belonging to Norton/Symantec Internet Security. This in particular has to do with the Live Update portion of the program.

So it's an update component? Is there something you can alter so it does it at a different time...?

You can disable live updates but that is not recommended because your program would not always be up to date if you forget to update.
after about 30-60 secs it dissapears
You are talking one minute here...that is not long at all.

Open the program and choose Live Update and update now.
