Heylinder 02-23-2007, 06:11 PM Since I'm a cancer survivor I went with a awareness theme. Yes, I even have a pink helmet :D
TurcoLoco 02-23-2007, 09:42 PM Wait, is that really tour bike?
Cool! I especially like the plate, it reads " Hey"
So when the cops want you to pull over all they have to do is yell "Hey You, pull over!"
lol

Nope not a touring bike, it's a cruiser (Shadow Areo with Voyager Trike Conversion Kit) :)
Very funny about the plate :) I do have a special plate ... just wasn't sure it was a good idea to show it ;)
Gizmokid2005 02-23-2007, 10:53 PM Looking good!!

What a dumbass I am, I meant to write 'your bike' instead I typo'd and wrote 'tour bike'....lol....oopps!
Regardless, as the kid said, it is looking good! May be you will post a pic with you on it next?
What kinda cancer did you have if you don't mind me asking?

We have a poker run today and a state event tomorrow to do so I'll work on getting a pic :)
I don't mind people asking me about my history of cancer since it only promotes awareness :) I had breast cancer 9 years ago and got through that pretty easy. Early detection DOES save lives :) Then 4 years ago I was diagnosed with uterine cancer. That was a little rougher but I'm still here! :DAgain, that was early detection :)
Mathster 02-24-2007, 09:01 AM looks kinda gurly....

LOL, I wonder why ;) ;)
cauzomb 02-24-2007, 02:47 PM I like the fire engine trike's jeweled gold leaf a little better than the pink stickers ;) when you gonna take those training wheels off ;)
Gizmokid2005 02-24-2007, 04:05 PM I hear ya about the awareness...My neice died of it 2 years ago, she was only 25...my aunt just got diagnosed last year (coincidentally, the mother of the niece that died) and she is doing pretty good.

They are both sweet looking trikes and I will NEVER take my training wheels off ;) :p

Sorry about your niece but glad your aunt is doing well. Tell her to stay possitive and keep the faith :)
Gizmokid2005 02-24-2007, 08:35 PM Thanks! And don't worry about her, she's been through this once with her. Coincidentally she is the one who helped me get my truck last year and the one who cuts my hair.
mrweasel 02-26-2007, 11:14 AM Trikes rock! Wish I could trade my FZR in on one

Check out Brothers of the Third Wheel (http://btw-trikers.org/uploads/home.php). You might find something you like without trading in your crouch rocket ;) Or at the very least lots of pics to drool over :D
TurcoLoco 02-26-2007, 03:44 PM Trade in a crouchrocket for a trike?!?!
Bah...a real man would never let go off his bike!
Now we also know where Hey is getting her jokes from (http://firstcoasttrikers.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=2) (or the other site is the main client and we get the leftovers?)
...hehe ;)

Sadly it has less to do with my manhood and more with the fact my back is farked.

After my smacktalk, that came to my mind as well. I am sorry to hear about your condition Weasel. Was it due to age or some sort of an injury?
My back is fine for now but there is no telling when I will be riding a pink trike.....erm, I meant a manly trike! :)
...but till then I am thinking about buying a crouch rocket as an addition to my NightHawk after I move tough. ;)

No doubt ................... age ;) :D

You might wind up worse off with a cruiser/trike.
I had to quit working at the dealer since road testing the new cruisers put alot of vertical strain on my lower back, when I hit bumps in the road, it was like jumping off a tailgate or something..
Bumps on the sportbikes were less painfull than the cruisers mainly due to the riding position, leaning over the tank put less vertical strain on the problem area. Maybe you need a lighter sport bike? like an R6, or cbr600?

The best position would be when there is a lady riding in the back to provide some extra support!
Or even better with a lady in front and one in the back!
....ehem...what were we talking about?? :nawty:

Depends on how the trike is made. My husbands is so comcomfortable a few times he had to pull over to see if I was still awake :)
