ive ran AVG, malware, and search and destroy and gotten rid of most of the problems but some of them keep coming back...if someone could help me, that would be great....thank you.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) (http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html) to your Desktop.

DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.

Reboot the computer.
Please Run the ESET Online Scanner (http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/) and attach the ScanLog with your post for assistance.

You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan.
You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.
Be sure the option to Remove found threats is Un-checked at this time (we may have it clean what it finds at a later time), and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please post that log for us as directed below.

Reboot the computer.
Run a new HJT scan and save the log. Post back with all three logs.

Download ComboFix (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe)
Click on the Save button and then when it asks you where to save it, make sure you save it directly to your Windows Desktop.
Once the download is complete you will see the Combofix on the desktop.



Close all open Windows including this one.
Close or disable all running Antivirus, Antispyware, and Firewall programs as they may interfere with the proper running of ComboFix.
Doubleclick the combofix icon on the desktop to run the program.





Windows will issue a prompt asking whether you wish to run the program, click Run
You will then see a Disclaimer screen asking you to agree to the disclaimer. Press the number 1 key to accept the disclaimer.

Now just sit back and allow the program to run

Please note, that once you start ComboFix you should not click anywhere on the ComboFix window as it can cause the program to stall. In fact, when ComboFix is running, do not touch your computer at all and just take a break as it may take a while for it to complete.

When ComboFix has finished running, you will see a screen stating that it is preparing the log report.
This can take a while, so please be patient. If you see your Windows desktop disappear, do not worry. This is normal and ComboFix will restore your desktop before it is finished. Eventually you will see a new screen that states the program is almost finished and telling you the programs log file, or report, will be located at C:\ComboFix.txt.

When all is complete then please post back here with that log.

The use of these programs are very likely the way you became infected in the first place.

You also need to go into Spybot S & D and TURN OFF TeaTimer as it will interfere with fixes to be done.
To do this go to Spybot, at the top click Mode and choose Advanced Mode. When that opens go to the bottom and click Tools. When tools opens on the left side click Resident. When Resident opens the REMOVE the check mark from TeaTimer. Close the program.
Reboot the computer.
Do the above and come back and I will have more instructions for you.

Now use your mouse to drag CFscript.txt on top of ComboFix.exe
Follow the prompts.
When it finishes, a log will be produced named c:\combofix.txt

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

First you HAVE to turn off TeaTimer there is no way that any of the fixes are going to work unless you turn it off completely. It actually BLOCKS some fixes
To do this go to Spybot, at the top click Mode and choose Advanced Mode. When that opens go to the bottom and click Tools. When tools opens on the left side click Resident. When Resident opens the REMOVE the check mark from TeaTimer. Close the program.
Reboot the computer.

Now UPDATE MBA-M and run it again. Full System Scan, Remove whatever is found.
Reboot.
Run and new HJT log and post back with those logs.

Reboot the computer.
Run MBA-M once more, remove all found.
Reboot.
Run HJT again and save the log. Post back here with both.

Your firewall is saying this about combofix? Are you certain it is saying this about combofix? This should have been removed with the process I just gave you.

Evidently your firewall saw this happening and thought it was a bad program...it isn't of course but Windows and Firewalls can see it as bad.
One thing you need to do is update the java on your system. It is WAY out of date. Go HERE (http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp)
Download the Offline Install and save it to the desktop.
Then go to Add/Remove and Uninstall ALL older versions of Java that you find there. Once ALL are uninstalled then go back to that install file on the desk top and double click to install the newest version. Once it is complete then go back to the download page and on the right side you will see Verify Now. Click that to go to the verification page to be certain that the install went correctly.

should i remove J2 Runtime Environment 5.0, is that something to do with java too?

Yes those all need to be uninstalled. Then install the new one you downloaded.

• Spyware Blaster (http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html) -- A Must Have Tool! Blocks malicious ActiveX installs by implementing a “kill bit” to prevent those ActiveX programs with known CLSIDs from being executed.
And unlike many other anti-spy apps, SpywareBlaster does not have to remain running in the background. Very highly recommended! From Javacool Software.
Just download, install, update and enable all including the Restricted Sites portion of the program. Works both with IE and Firefox. It will protect your computer from spyware, malware, dialers, hijackers, tracking cookies, etc. I wouldn't run my computer without it.
Keep the MBA-M program for weekly scanning, always update before each scan. Quick Scan is usally sufficient but if the Quick Scan finds something then run another Full System scan to be sure all is clean.
