I've noticed this program at the top of the list, doing a search seems
to suggest it's something to do with McAffee. I just can't think where
it's come from. Any ideas?

It looks like an uninstall for a driver used to interface devices with
the computer. It has nothing to do with McAfee, that I can see, other
than it is listed on the McAfee site advisor web site.

Sorry, I should have said, the install/uninstall programs list in
Control Panel....
