My laptop got infected with a program (idk how) and it crashes on startup when internet isn't connected and when it is connected it runs suspicious processes. I just ran a check with malwarebytes in safe mode and it found infected dll's in the system folder. as soon as it found another few files it decides to imediately shutdown and i assume this is the programs protection from deletion/quarantine. please help. ill get the log file a.s.a.p. please post back with tips.

EDIT: this is the site where i got the information of the program

http://www.threatexpert.com/report.aspx?uid=fe78d2f1-ac76-4e3e-9e59-acc7391a9e21

NOTE: I have a connection to the internet but it crashes with it disabled so i am Fearfull of keyloggers/monitors running. Again running MalwareBytes, I got a few more files but it "crashes" the computer by instantly shutting down on a specific file.

Run Malwarebytes's in Safe Mode.

Give more info about the computer...os, antivirus program, hard drive size, amount of RAM installed, etc.
Can you get a scan done with HiJackThis?
If shut downs happens when NOT connected then leave it connected and run all the programs. We have to know exactly what these suspicious processes are and cannot make any kind of judgement until we do. Please list them here.

Please have MBA-M REMOVE everything found.

it said it would remove them on restarting the computer. kindof odd, wouldn't you say?

jholland1964

No it isn't odd at all. This is very normal. If the file is in use at the time of the scan then it cannot be removed until the computer is rebooted and it is remove during the boot process BEFORE the program can be auto started.
Many, many infections can only be removed this way whether you are using your onboard anti-virus program or a program like MBA-M or many others. There are some programs which will only remove infections if the removal program is run in Safe Mode. This isn't odd at all. In fact I always recommend persons reboot after using a removal program like MBA-M, whether it is in the instructions or not.
