hello everybody. please help be before i lose control and split my laptop into microscopic parts. here is my laptop spesifications :

actually this problem is for medieval totalwar (not mevieval 2) but in carbon and medieval 2 also i face the same problem. what do u think . what is the problem ? thanks in advance

First things to check are make sure that your drivers for you video card are copmletely up to date. Make sure that ou have all of the game patches installed. If that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling the games.

Thanks for reply Gizmokid bro but i did it already. i downloaded the latest disply card driver from intel site ( also available on toshiba download center) .my motherborad driver, sound card driver and all aother drivers are up to date .i uninstalled and reinstalled several times but i still get the same error . any other suggestion please ? thanks again

That's what I had for major ideas. next thing I can say is check the support sites for the games. They may or may not have a solution there...

and as u see my CPU Speed is 16.GHz . but it is Core Duo .do u think that can be the problem ? and more over i can play Need For Speed Most Wanted on my Laptop .it does not slow down my system. any other idea ? thanks

That shouldn't be a problem. Are those the MINIMUM or the RECOMMENDED?
I know they will run on less, so I doubt that's the issues. Besides that you should be getting a different error if that was the issue...
Can you post some more information about the problem? i.e. a bigger screenshot of the error? What's running in the background, etc?

thanks Gizmokid2005 bro, the problem has found its answer as well. the game doesnt support my video game. mine is Intel Media Accelerator 950 .i post my problem to EA GAME support center here is the response for my qustions

That's what I figured. Laptops that aren't virtually desktop replacements really aren't supported on gaming, but I didn't even think to try that.
Glad we could be of assistance. Hopefully you can get it to run somehow.
