Alright, so my problem is that when i try to have my PC setup on my TV, it does not max out the resolution to fillup the entire screen, with this I am left with a black border around the picture. Wouldn't be such a big deal except that its a Plasma and having a black fram around everything once i switch to TV or 360 would just be anoying. I understand there is some software out there that allows you to push out a stretched resolution? anyone know about this?

I would think you should theoretically be able to do it via your graphics properties in windows for the TV. IIRC you can adjust it. I'm not at home so I can't know for sure...I know my laptop had that option though.

Gizmo's talkign about the display properties "output" /monitor/tv tab for your graphics card driver. It allows you to choose the line's per inch. If you display driver supports these changes, there's probly a registry setting that you can change to match your tv/display's LPI, resolution, etc.
